Email Hosting

Email may be retrieved four ways: on the web; through standard email software like Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail (IMAP or POP); by forwarding to another account; and on phones and PDAs.

Accounts include spam and virus filtering. Premier accounts add the ability to block or allow specific addresses (see below).

Accounts include address books, calendars, chat (instant messaging), and online editing systems for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Aliases (forwarding addresses) may be created for individual accounts and for domains.

To prevent spam, each account is limited to sending 500 messages per day. Google recommends using Google Groups or multiple addresses to send larger communications. You may also wish to use a service like Constant Contact.

Size of individual incoming or outgoing messages is limited to 20 MB. Email is not intended for huge attachments. Use one of these services to transfer very large files.

Accounts are provided through Google, and are subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Terms are subject to change. Domain names are hosted by CHCS. One-time setup fee $95.
